Glenbogyl Park Molly (Imp. UK)

We imported our first mare, Molly from the UK in February 2007.

Colour: homozygous black, homozygous tobiano mare.

Molly made her showing debut at our local show in February 2009, straight from the broodmare paddock via the washbay, where she won her class. She was a very good ambassador for the breed, impressing lots of people including the judge.

Molly has foaled a beautiful 2009 filly to Jango Dancer of Brackenhill (imp. UK). Check out Gypsy Rose in the 2009 Foals section.

Molly foaled an outstanding homozygous colt to the gorgeous Wimballan Harker’s Geordie in December 2010. You can see this beautiful blue eyed baby in the 2010 Foals section.

Cloud Of Brackenhill (Imp. UK)

Cloud was originally imported from the UK to New Zealand as a weanling and arrived in Australia in early March 2009.

Age: 2006
Colour: heterozygous black, heterozygous tobiano

Cloud made her Australian showing debut at Mudgee Show the week following her arrival from New Zealand. She won the Led Mare class and was then awarded Champion Gypsy Vanner. She had a big week and took everything in her stride.

In 2009 Cloud foaled a lovely black and white filly, Southern Cross, to Gypsy Star of Brackenhill (imp UK) who now stands at stud in New Zealand. We are retaining Southern Cross.

Glenbogyl Park Southern Cross (iiu)

Poppy, as she is known, is a very solid young lady.  She has great temperament, faultless conformation, good markings and a huge amount of feather.  We plan to use Poppy as a broodmare when she is mature enough; meanwhile she’s enjoying paddock life with her mates.
